What sized jobs do you undertake?
We will take on jobs of any size, whether you just require some decorating in your house or have a leak, to a full refurbishment of a kitchen or bathroom.
Do you offer Free Quotes
Yes, we offer a free no obligation quote for all jobs we do. Get in contact with us today to arrange one.
Do you provide fixed-price quotes or estimates?
For smaller jobs we can offer fixed price quotes. We typically offer estimates for larger projects, due to the nature of the work. Please reach out if in any doubt and we can discuss the options for your particular requirements.
What affects the cost of a building project
There are many variables when undertaking building work. The most common ones are the quality of the materials being used, and the length of time to complete the job. For example, in a bathroom a fully tiled floor and walls will be more expensive to install than panelling around a shower.
For this reason, we reccomend contacting us to talk through the specifics of your job, as well as all the options available to you.
Sometimes unexpected issues are uncovered or arise during the work. We pride ourselves on communication and will highlight anything found prior to continuing work so a way forward can be agreed without incurring any unexpected charges.

Do you manage the whole project or only specific trades?
Yes! We have experts in all the various trades and arrange all the work for you. If we dont do a particular piece of work ourselves, we work with our partners to arrange and schedule the work on your behalf. We can also work alongside existing contractors if you already have engaged someone for certain aspects of the work.
The scope of the work can be agreed at the quoting stage.
Can you help with design and planning?
We are more than happy to assist with design and planning where needed. Sometimes you may have an design idea in mind but need some help with the technical aspects of the job. Othertimes you may way want some advise on how to make the most of your space. In either case we’re happy to help.

Our team is based all over kent, however our offices are in Gillinham,Kent.

We stand behind the quality of all our work. We carry our work out to the highest possible standard. Where applicable, products and materials supplied are covered by the manufactures warranty. These will vary by the specific project and we are happy to discuss warranty details during the quotation process.

Practical / Logistics
Do i need to move out during the project
This depends heavily on the project. In most cases every accomodation will be made where possible to ensure you can maintain functionality and stay in your house. This can be discussed during the quoting stages if this is a concern.
How is waste removal handled?
Where the job requires it. Arrangements will be made by us to remove all waste associated with the job. This may require arranging a skip in the cases of larger projects. This will be included in the quote where appropriate.
Will there be one main point of contact.
yes throughout your project you will have a single point of contact for all your needs, whether that’s queries on the work being carried out, issues with subcontractors where used or adjustments to the statement of works / quote.
